1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service apply to every visit to the Alegriaspin website and to every order placed through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you shop with us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we'd ask that you not use the website or place an order.

Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "Alegriaspin" refer to Bruines Groep.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations between the product you receive and its photo can happen. Prices shown on the website are in euros and include Dutch VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing mistakes, and to update or discontinue products at any time. If we discover an error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before proceeding.
4. ORDERS
An order is placed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means we've received your order, not necessarily that a contract is final; we may still contact you to cancel or adjust an order in cases such as stock issues, pricing errors, unavailable products, or suspected fraud, and you will always be informed and refunded if that happens.
Payment is due in full at checkout, using one of the payment methods available on the website.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to selected destinations available during checkout. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners and warehouse locations depending on product availability and destination.
We offer shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services where available.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it's placed. Occasionally, customs checks, courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays can add additional delivery time. If we expect a significant delay, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
As a consumer buying from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, without needing to give a reason. To use this right, simply let us know by emailing info@alegriaspin.com within that period. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Once we've received the returned product, or proof that you've sent it back, we'll refund what you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are for your own account unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, in which case we cover it.
Please return items in the condition you received them, so we'd ask you to only unpack and inspect a product the way you would in a shop before deciding to keep it. If a returned item shows more wear than that, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect the reduction in value.
This right of withdrawal doesn't apply to items made or personalized specifically to your request, if we offer those.
7. WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
Every product we sell should match its description and work as expected. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, you're entitled under Dutch law to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the situation.
This legal guarantee applies regardless of any return window mentioned above and isn't limited to a fixed number of months.
If you think a product isn't conforming to what you ordered, get in touch and we'll sort it out together.
8. LIABILITY
We aim to keep the website accurate and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for damages arising from occasional technical issues, unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Dutch law, such as liability for personal injury caused by a defective product.
9. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Please don't use the Alegriaspin website for anything unlawful, to copy or scrape our content, or to interfere with how the site works.
Text, product photos, graphics, logos, and other content on this website belong to Alegriaspin or our suppliers and may not be reused without our permission.
10. PRIVACY
Any personal information you share with us when ordering or contacting us is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms occasionally, for example if our shipping options, policies, or products change. The version published on the website at the time of your order is the one that applies.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLAINTS
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@alegriaspin.com so we can try to resolve it directly.
If we can't reach a solution together, you may also bring your complaint to a recognized Dutch consumer dispute resolution body, or find further guidance on cross-border consumer complaints via the European Commission's consumer redress resources.
