RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY WITHDRAWAL PERIOD)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, without needing to give a reason. To use this right, simply let us know by emailing info@alegriaspin.com within that 14-day period.
Once you've told us you'd like to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
2. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
We ask that you only unpack and try out your product the way you reasonably would in a shop before deciding whether to keep it.
Please return it with all original parts, accessories, and packaging where possible. If a returned item shows more wear or use than that, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect the reduction in value.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item you received was damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, in which case we'll cover the cost of the return.
4. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, email us at info@alegriaspin.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We'll confirm the details and let you know how to send the item back to us.
5. REFUNDS
Once we've received your returned product, or proof that you've sent it back, we'll refund what you paid, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid, within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Any premium or express shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item.
6. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@alegriaspin.com.
Beyond the 14-day right to cancel, you're also entitled under Dutch law to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund if a product doesn't conform to what you ordered, regardless of how much time has passed since delivery.
7. EXCEPTIONS
The right to cancel described above doesn't apply to items made or personalized specifically to your request, if we offer those.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may also be excluded from return eligibility where permitted by applicable law if they have been opened or used after delivery.
